Part Time | Night Shift

PAY RATE BETWEEN $37-42.75HOUR(based on experience and shift differentials)

Assisted Living RN Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
• Current and valid CBRF certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in assisted living care is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of OBRA, state and federal regulations as applied to long term care preferred.

What you'll do as an Assisted Living RN:

• Develops and delivers the clinical care of each resident in collaboration with the Director of CBRF and/or the physician and utilizing the nursing process
• Supervises and supports care delivered by the nursing staff to assure quality of care is maintained
• Safely administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Assist in the admission/readmission process as directed by the supervisor including observing and gathering of clinical data and development and implementation of the initial plan of care
• Provide coaching and re-education of staff as needed to improve/maintain quality of care. Includes audit of medication pass and controls
