Job Description
Mandate:Reporting directly to the Manager, Post Entry Services. The candidate is responsible for filing claims with CBP, on behalf of importers, such as Post Summary Corrections, Formal Protests, 520(d) Protests, Requests for Information (CF28/29) and any additional as assigned by manager on behalf of importers. Must track filed claims to make sure they are action by CBP to ensure they are actioned per claim requested.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Programs-Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must possess a high school diploma
- Knowledge of US Customs documents considered an asset
