Contract Details

- Pay Rate: $27.00 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary
The objective is to bring in an Associate-level resource, with 2 5 years of experience, who can support ongoing strategic initiatives, automation efforts, and day-to-day change management activities during the leave period.
Key Responsibilities
- Support automation initiatives and reporting transformation effort
- Assist with project coordination and change management activities
- Drive documentation of processes, controls, and requirements
- Coordinate testing, implementation, and stakeholder communications
- Provide operational support and help manage execution of strategic priorities
- Assist with issue tracking, risk identification, and escalation management
Required Skills
Core Functional Skills
- Operations experience within Asset Management, Wealth Management, Client Reporting, Fund Administration, or related financial services functions
- Strong understanding of operational processes, controls, and data flows
- Ability to document business requirements and process workflows
- Experience supporting process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Automation & Data Skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with reporting automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Seismic, SmartDX, or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze data sources, identify manual processes, and support automation opportunities
- Basic understanding of data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes
Change Management & Project Support
- Experience coordinating change initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage project plans, action items, testing, and implementation tracking
- Support UAT activities, process documentation, and rollout communications
- Comfortable working across Operations, Technology, Product, and Business teams
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Stakeholder Management
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical partners
- Experience facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and driving action items
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently with limited supervision
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools
- Experience working on reporting transformation, process automation, or operational excellence initiatives
- Familiarity with alternative investments, fund reporting, or investor reporting processes is a plus
Required Experience
- Minimum of two years of U.S.-based experience (short-term roles and internships will not be considered)
- 2 5 years of experience in Asset Management Operations, Client Reporting, Fund Operations, or related functions
