  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with Product, Investment, Compliance, Sales, and Client Servicing teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent launch execution

  • Partner with Content and Client Marketing teams to deliver coordinated launch plans and channel activation

  • Support international colleagues by sharing frameworks, procedures, and reusable assets to drive global consistency

Sales Materials & Content Management

  • Develop, maintain, and tailor core product and channel‑specific materials, including presentations, FAQs, training, DDQs, and data rooms

  • Ensure materials remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved firm and product narratives

  • Maintain presentation libraries and documentation repositories to enable efficient reuse across launches and fundraising activity

RFP, DDQ & Client Support

  • Manage responses to RFIs, RFPs, DDQs, and other investor diligence requests

  • Coordinate inputs from investment and product teams and contribute to structured response libraries

  • Support client and sales inquiries with timely, high‑quality customized materials

What you bring:

  • Cross‑functional project coordination experience (Product, Investment, Compliance, Sales, Client Servicing)

  • Hands‑on experience with RFPs/DDQs and investor diligence workflows

  • Strong presentation development skills; familiarity with enablement/content tools (e.g., Seismic, Loopio) is a plus
