Associate - Inventory I - A

Contractor must be able to work a minimal of 45-50 /HRSA Shift:Monday - Friday,6am PST - 3:30pm PSTDescribe your fulfillment operations experience, specifically inventory counting, receiving experience, and packing experience (Include years of experience and companies where you have done this type of work)Do you have experience receiving or shipping inventory? The Inventory Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products and materials. This role requires accurate inventory management, safe operation of equipment, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.Inventory ManagementReceive, unload, and process incoming shipments accuratelyPerform cycle counts and physical inventory auditsMaintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS)Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortagesMaterial Handling & StoragePick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentOrganize and store products in designated locationsSafely operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickersLoad and unload trucks and containersWarehouse OperationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all safety protocols and OSHA regulationsAssist with receiving inspections and quality checksCollaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Qualifications2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including an industry with receiving and inventory functions. Safety is a top priority it is imerative that the employee strictly adheres to established safety protocols and guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), following safe operating procedures, and participating in regular safety training sessions.Employee must be able to lift 50 lbs. An attitude of world-class quality, attention to detail, and dedication.Communication skills within a highly technical environment.Mathematical skills Analytical skills to define problems, collect appropriate and relevant data, establish facts, and draw reasonable conclusions from gathered information.
