OverviewAs an entry level role, the Associate is responsible for working with the Performance Video Strategy & Planning team in the development of video plans. In this position, you will assist in gathering and preparing information for plan development, plan stewardship, and performance reporting.Qualifications: Interest in the principles of advertising, marketing and mediaAnalytical thinking with a competency in mathematical conceptsWorks well in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPTAbility to learn media tools and softwareAbility to write clearly and concisely, as well as communicate and interact professionallyResponsibilities: Gather data to support media recommendations through syndicated research tools, target audience analyses, and competitive reports, etc.Assist in the execution of the media plan by crosschecking traffic orders and instructions with creative matricesPull weekly results from various platforms and build out digestible views for client performance reportingEnsure accurate and timely client billing through rigorous verification protocolsMeasure media performance to determine the extent to which the original objectives were metParticipate in client and publisher meetings with opportunities to develop presentation skillsAttend learning & development training classesAttend internal and external meetings and presentationsPrepare and distribute weekly status reports New Jersey, New York: $30,000.00-$60,000.00Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
