Job Title: Associate AttorneyLocation: Remote – Covington, KY, USAExperience Required: 2–5 YearsKey Responsibilities• Prepare, review, and approve bankruptcy pleadings.• Manage bankruptcy cases including Proofs of Claim, Motions for Relief, Objections, Responses, Payment Change Notices, Settlements, and Adversary Proceedings.• Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings.• Provide regular case updates and maintain strong client communication.• Manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines and quality standards.• Assist with special legal projects as needed.Required Qualifications• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.• Licensed and in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar.• 2–5 years of bankruptcy law experience.• Strong case management and organizational skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Commitment to excellent client service.Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
