Key Responsibilities:
- Handle construction litigation and construction contract matters
- Participate in depositions, mediations, court hearings, and negotiations
- Advise clients on construction disputes, risk management, and project-related issues
- Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys in a thriving construction practice
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in construction law
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Background in engineering, architecture, or construction management is a plus
- Motivated attorney seeking long-term professional growth
