A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Associate for its Denver office. This opportunity is well suited for an attorney with sophisticated law-firm training who wants broader transactional responsibility without sacrificing the complexity or resources of a national practice.
The Opportunity
- Structure transactions and negotiate term sheets
- Handle diligence and address title and survey issues
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Manage approvals, closings, and post-closing agreements
- Work across acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, development, and related matters
- Help translate legal issues into practical business decisions

Qualifications
- Substantive real estate transactional experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and writing skills
- Experience with diligence, title, survey, and closing matters
- Collaborative approach and ability to manage competing priorities
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Colorado
Compensation
$210,000–$245,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
