Responsibilities

Defend clients in Proposition 65 matters and related enforcement actionsHandle claims involving the California Legal Remedies Act, Unfair Competition, and False Advertising lawsParticipate in litigation concerning property contamination and environmental complianceDefend citizen suits under the federal Clean Water ActResearch and advise clients on environmental regulations and consumer product compliance requirementsWork directly with clients and collaborate with attorneys across practice groups

Qualifications

2–6 years of experience in environmental, consumer protection, or complex commercial litigationAdmission to the California Bar (required)Experience with Proposition 65 litigation strongly preferredExcellent legal writing, research, and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters efficientlyComfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
