Academic background from a top law school and/or comparable firm experience will play a factor in consideration. Core responsibilities include:

• Structure and execute complex debt financing transactions from inception to closing for both lenders and borrowers
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and other financing documentation
• Manage UCC Article 9 and real estate secured lending transactions
• Advise on syndicated credit facilities, asset-based lending, and acquisition financing
• Coordinate due diligence and collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A-related financings
• Counsel clients on regulatory compliance and credit facility amendments
