The ideal candidate will have prior experience in civil litigation, with strong research, writing, and case management skills.Responsibilities:* Handle all phases of civil defense litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation* Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses* Manage case files and maintain regular communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel* Support senior attorneys and participate in strategy meetings and case evaluationsQualifications:* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school* Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing* 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong analytical skills and attention to detailInterested in hearing more?
