Job DetailsJob Details:Our well-established law firm is seeking a seasoned Permanent Associate Attorney with a focus on Civil Law. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling complex civil litigation cases, with a particular emphasis on wrongful death. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the highest level of legal services to our clients. Responsibilities:As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of civil litigation matters, primarily focusing on wrongful death cases. Your duties will include but are not limited to:1. Representing clients in court and arguing motions.2. Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.3. Negotiating settlements for legal disputes.4. Complying with all legal standards and regulations.5. Performing administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.6. Engaging in business development activities to attract new clients.7. Collaborating with our team of attorneys and paralegals to develop strategies for handling cases effectively and efficiently.Qualifications:To be considered for the role of Permanent Associate Attorney, you must possess the following qualifications:1.
