Job DetailsThe ideal candidate is a licensed California attorney who is organized, motivated, and interested in building practical litigation skills through meaningful case responsibility and client interaction.ResponsibilitiesManage civil litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondenceConduct and defend depositionsAttend court appearances, mediations, and hearingsCommunicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and expertsAssist with trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings as opportunities ariseMaintain timely reporting and case updatesQualificationsActive membership in the State Bar of CaliforniaMinimum 1 year of civil litigation experience preferredStrong legal writing, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage deadlines and multiple assignmentsExperience with law and motion practice, discovery, and court appearances preferredInterest in long-term professional development and litigation practice growthCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $130,000 – $200,000 annually, depending on experienceAnnual billing and performance-based bonus opportunitiesHybrid remote work flexibilityMedical plans including options with zero employee contributionDental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance401(k) with employer matching vested immediately upon enrollmentFlexible schedules and parental/family leave benefitsInterested in hearing more?
