Job Details

We are seeking a real estate attorney with experience to join our Real Estate practice group. This is a growth-oriented role with a clear path for advancement within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contractsProvide legal counsel on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development mattersConduct title review and due diligence on real estate transactionsAdvise clients on legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to real estate transactionsCollaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure seamless delivery of legal servicesMaintain current knowledge of laws, regulations, and market developmentsBuild and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in Texas3-7 years of experience in corporate or real estate lawStrong drafting and negotiation skills across complex real estate transactionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software applications including document management, PDF editing, and document comparison toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
