Kirton McConkie is seeking to employ a French-speaking Associate Attorney with 3 to 7 years of significant international legal experience.Kirton McConkie is the only firm that has a dedicated international practice group in Salt Lake City. High academic performance, excellent analytic and writing skills, fluency in French, and meaningful international legal experience with a recognized international law firm, major multinational corporation, or government or similar employer are required.Experience with (a) drafting corporate documents and contracts or (b) advising on data privacy or immigration, is a plus. Experience living or working overseas is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated to learn, and be hard-working.Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar or must be qualified to obtain admission to the Utah Bar (juris doctorate or other English common law degree may be required).Compensation is highly competitive, and the firm offers excellent employee benefits.All submissions are confidential.
