With operations in multiple states and a proven, client-first approach, the firm is now hiring a Remote Associate Attorney based in California to support its continued growth.

Position: Associate AttorneyLocation: Fully Remote (Must reside in California)Compensation: $105,000 + Full BenefitsBar Admission: Must be licensed and in good standing with the California BarExperience: 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client matters from intake through resolution
Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel
Handle legal issues related to financial hardship, debt collection, and tenant rights
Use the firm’s Salesforce-based case management system
Collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff

What You Won’t Do:

No billable hour requirements
No marketing or sales responsibilities
No client chasing or fee generation
No weekend or late-night work—standard 9-to-6 schedule

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Active California Bar license and current residency in California
1–2 years of relevant legal experience (litigation or negotiation)
Background in consumer law, financial services, or personal injury is a plus
Empathetic, organized, and passionate about helping others
Fully committed to a full-time position (not running a side practice)
