Job Description

O’Hagan Meyer is seeking a Litigation Associate with 0-3 years of civil litigation experience to join our Orange County, CA office. This is an ideal opportunity for new attorneys looking to handle a wide-range of civil litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients. We will train newly licensed attorneys interested in commercial litigation, if this is you, please apply!

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of litigation experience including, premises liability, products liability, real estate, environmental disputes, insurance and/or general construction litigation.
  • Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
  • The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
  • Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California. Open to newly barred candidates!
