Pay: $180,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year

Location: Hybrid opportunity based in Calabasas, California, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and partial remote flexibility.
Note: Candidates must be admitted to the California State Bar and have 5+ years of litigation experience. Experience with business, commercial, real estate, or corporate transactional matters is highly preferred.

Job Description
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings.
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
- Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Advise clients on business, commercial, and real estate disputes and transactions.
- Negotiate settlements and business agreements.
- Prepare and review corporate governance documents, operating agreements, partnership agreements, bylaws, and related legal documents.
- Develop legal strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while working collaboratively with the legal team.
Qualifications
- Active California State Bar license required.
- 5+ years of litigation experience.
- Strong knowledge of California and Federal court procedures.
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Experience with business litigation, commercial litigation, real estate law, or corporate transactions preferred.
- Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
