What You'll Be Doing

Advise business clients on corporate formation, governance, and general operational matters to support their long-term stability and growth
Draft, negotiate, and successfully close complex commercial and financing agreements on behalf of both borrowers and lending institutions
Oversee commercial and residential real estate transactions, guiding buyers, sellers, and lenders smoothly through the closing process
Prepare and review a wide array of business contracts to protect client interests and facilitate successful transactions
Manage a diverse portfolio of client cases independently while effectively coordinating with fellow attorneys to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
Handle occasional estate planning and probate matters to provide full-circle support to the firm's established clientele
