This full-time opportunity is ideal for attorneys who want to manage their own caseload and grow within a stable litigation practice.Key Responsibilities

• Manage a general liability defense caseload from inception through resolution*
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery*
• Support litigation strategy; attend depositions, mediations, and case evaluations*
• Handle third-party defense matters, including:*
  • Premises liability* *
  • Automobile accident defense* *
  • Insurance defense litigation*
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a general liability and/or insurance defense attorney*
• Third-party claims experience only (no first-party work)*
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing*
• Strong litigation, writing, and case management skills*
• Ability to work in-office (not a remote position)
