Master’s Transportation is looking for an Associate Business Coordinator – GSA to support our growing Government Services Administration division. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring our fleet operations, bid processes, and customer interactions run with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Position Type:  Full Time
Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
The Associate Business Coordinator GSA supports the Government Services Administration (GSA) operations by managing bid completion, sales documentation, billing processes, and vehicle transportation logistics. This role ensures compliance with GSA regulations, facilitates accurate and timely transactions, and provides exceptional customer service. The coordinator works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain operational efficiency and strengthen client relationships. 
Essential Functions:   
  • Prepare and process bids, sales, and billing documents in compliance with GSA standards. 
  • Coordinate transportation requests and ensure timely delivery of fleet vehicles. 
  • Utilize and maintain accuracy in systems such as RIMMS, GSA STR Website, and Master’s Website
  • Monitor tracking spreadsheets, pricing over list, and workflow calendars for accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; advise management on necessary actions. 
  • Participate in company meetings and industry trade shows as needed. 
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. 
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships to support business growth.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Required Education/Experience/Certifications:
  • Associate degree in business or finance related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Technical skills: Proficient computer skills, competency with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and detail-oriented.
Preferred Education/Experience/Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Prior military experience.
  • Transportation industry experience.
  • Valid CDL license with (P) endorsement and current DOT medical card.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or related software.
Travel Requirements:
Less than 10% travel required.
