Description Overview

Der Project Buyer (m/f/d) verpflichtet sich, alle relevanten Unternehmensvorgaben - einschließlich Policies, Richtlinien, Betriebsvereinbarungen, Standardarbeitsanweisungen sowie Arbeits‑ und Sicherheitsvorschriften - gewissenhaft einzuhalten und im Rahmen seiner/ihrer Tätigkeit umzusetzen. Darüber hinaus unterstützt er/sie aktiv globale und lokale Programme zur Sicherung von Qualität, Umweltschutz, Wissenstransfer, Arbeits‑ und Mitarbeitersicherheit, Unternehmensimage und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und trägt zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Leistungsfähigkeit bei.

Ziel der Position ist die Beschaffung von Materialien für Test‑ und Validierungschargen zur Herstellung neuer Produkte in den Bereichen Pharma, Kosmetik, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und Medizinprodukte, einschließlich der Sicherstellung geeigneter Lieferanten, Spezifikationen und Qualitätsanforderungen

Scope of the Role

• Beschaffung von Materialien für Neuprodukte

• Weltweite Marktanalyse zur Identifikation geeigneter Lieferanten

• Prüfung von Produktspezifikationen

• Klärung von Qualitäts- und Freigabekriterien

• Abstimmung der Planung mit der Projektsteuerung

• Verhandlung von Verträgen und Qualitätsvereinbarungen

• Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams

• Systemseitige Dokumentation aller relevanten Informationen

• Neuanlage von Artikeln und Stücklisten im SAP‑System (nach Schulung)

• Unterstützung bei internen Verbesserungsprozessen

Experience Required

• Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwissenschaften Pharma/Chemie,

oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung

• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Einkauf und/oder Projektmanagement

• Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke

• Strategisches Denkvermögen

• Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz

• Teamfähigkeit

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Sicherer Umgang mit PC‑Anwendungen

• Idealerweise SAP‑Kenntnisse
