Job Details:As a key member of a lean transactions team, you will support high-volume deal activity across the company's growing North American portfolio. Initial responsibilities will be heavily focused on title and survey work, with increasing transactional responsibility as you grow into the role.

Responsibilities include:

Title review, title curative, and drafting title opinions for land and lease acquisitionsSurvey review and coordination with landmen, title companies, and outside counselDrafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, easements, rights of way, and surface use agreementsSupporting due diligence on acquisitions and sale-leaseback transactionsCoordinating with internal acquisitions and investment teams on deal executionManaging multiple transactions simultaneously across various stages of the deal lifecycle

Ideal Background

1 to 4 years of real estate transactions experienceJD and Admission to TX barHands-on experience with title review, title curative, and survey analysisFamiliarity with Texas real property law; experience in other energy markets a plusStrong drafting skills and attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environmentHouston-based (or seeking to relocate to Houston) and committed to the market long-term
