Mountain Dental is seeking a motivated, clinically driven Associate Dentist to join our established, patient-centered practice in beautiful Wyoming. This is more than an associate role, it’s a long-term opportunity with mentorship, leadership development, and a clear path to equity ownership.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and treat patients of all ages with comprehensive general dentistry
- Perform exams, restorative treatment, crown and bridge, extractions, and other general procedures
- Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and ethics
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team

Compensation & Growth

- Adjusted production or guaranteed daily rate (whichever is higher)
- W-2 or 1099 Option
- Malpractice and license fees covered

You’ll have the autonomy to practice your way, with mentorship and business guidance available as you grow.
What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Wyoming dental license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical foundation in comprehensive general dentistry
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and case presentation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential

About the Practice & Support Model
Mountain Dental partners with Accelerate Dental, a non-corporate dental support organization. Simply put, Accelerate provides behind-the-scenes support, including recruiting, HR, payroll, and operational resources so the doctor and clinical team can stay focused on patient care, collaboration, and creating a positive work environment.
This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Mountain Dental, alongside the same doctor and team each day, while benefiting from additional resources designed to support growth, mentorship, and long-term success for both the practice and its providers.
