Job Description
Love Where You Practice: Experienced Part-Time Associate Dentist
Carter Family Dentistry – [City, State]
Are you an experienced Dentist looking for the perfect clinical balance?
At Carter Family Dentistry, we believe that great dentistry happens when a doctor feels supported, not rushed. We are an established, 7-operatory private practice looking for a patient-focused Associate to join our "work family" three days a week.
If you value a collaborative culture, a steady patient flow, and a team that handles the "noise" so you can focus on the chairside, we'd love to meet you.
Why Doctors Choose Carter Family Dentistry
We know you have options. Here is why our team members stay:
A Well-Oiled Machine: Work alongside a highly skilled support team (4 Assistants, 3 Hygienists, and 2 Front Office experts) who ensure your day runs smoothly.
Clinical Autonomy: We focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care. You'll have the freedom to diagnose and treat with the highest clinical standards.
Modern Environment: Practice in a spacious, 7-op office equipped with the technology you need to succeed.
Consistency & Balance: A stable M/W/F schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) that respects your life outside the office.
Established Growth: We have a deep-rooted patient base and a steady flow of new patients, ensuring you are productive from day one.
Your Impact
As an Associate Dentist at our practice, you will:
Provide a full scope of general dentistry, including restorative, preventative, and minor surgical care.
Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with a loyal patient base.
Collaborate with our existing doctors and hygiene team to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Lead with a "patient-first" mindset, focusing on education and comprehensive treatment planning.
What You Bring to the Chair
We are looking for a confident clinician who is ready to jump right in.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an Associate role (required).
Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Licensure: Active state dental license in good standing.
Soft Skills: A warm "bedside manner" and a team-oriented attitude. You're someone who enjoys a collaborative office culture.
Compensation & Logistics
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Structure: Competitive Associate Agreement (details discussed during the interview).
