Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with experience in providing comprehensive patient care and performing a variety of dental procedures. Duties:
- Perform all phases of General Dentistry.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize dental imaging technology and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure accurate diagnoses and infection control standards.
- Maintain comprehensive medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term dental wellness and health.
Skills you will need:
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control protocol.
- Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other restorative procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures clearly and building rapport with a rural community patient base.
