RSMC Services is partnering with an established private dental practice in Northwest Arkansas seeking an Associate Dentist to join its growing clinical team.

This opportunity is ideal for a dentist looking for strong mentorship, exposure to a wide variety of procedures, and a long-term career path with partnership potential.

You'll work alongside experienced doctors in a collaborative environment equipped with modern technology while treating a diverse patient population.

Schedule

Full-Time
Four-day work week
Monday through Thursday

Clinical Scope

Dentists will have opportunities to perform:

Comprehensive General Dentistry
Crown & Bridge
Restorative Dentistry
Endodontics
Implant Dentistry
Orthodontics / Braces

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree
Active or eligible Arkansas dental license
Comfortable performing or learning a broad range of procedures
Dentrix Ascend experience preferred (not required)
Excellent communication skills
Team-oriented
Patient-centered approach
Interested in building a long-term career in Northwest Arkansas
