Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to an established patient base

- Perform surgical extractions and core general dentistry independently
- Place implants or grow implant volume with support
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership
- Contribute to mentorship, culture, and long-term practice growth
Required Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Arkansas dental license or ability to obtain
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Comfortable practicing independently in a private practice setting
- Implant experience preferred
- Patient-focused and team-oriented mindset
