Associate DevOps Engineer (Offer Engineering)

Within Airline IT Offer Engineering, the Airline Distribution Solutions (ADS) group is driving the solutions for airline to propose, sell and service any products through any kind of retailer network: Travel agencies, NDC aggregators... and soon other airlines with Nevio (the new Altea major version). In short, the main commercial entry door to Altea handling "everything but airline website!"
With two flagship products (NDC - "New Distribution Capability" - the industry game changer, driven by IATA and Group Management), we are giving back to the airline the full control on their sales, all the sales: from individual PNR up to XL complex group booking. This was natively designed in offer-based flow, the core concept of Nevio evolution, the most important airline transformation initiative of the decade. This opens the door to very promising evolutions, especially in the field of offer/price differentiation per customer/channels, that will be the airlines priority for the years to come.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our system team. Candidate will have hands-on experience automating builds and deployments at scale with agility, while collaborating closely with team members to ensure a reliable, secure, efficient, and scalable process.
About Ideal Candidate
To succeed in DevOps Engineer role, you're required to have relevant experience in the following areas;
At least 2+ years in DevOps
CI/CD automation (Jenkins, Azure DevOps…)
Git & Git workflows, versioning & branching operations
Scripting and automating system tasks to reduce manual repetitive work (Shell scripting, or Python)
Containerization and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes)
Hands-on experience with OpenShift
Experience with cloud environments such as Azure or Google or AWS Cloud Platform
Experience with Splunk technology (data analysis, log management, and monitoring solutions)
Experience with package manager such as Helm
Experience with Java, Maven, and Spring.
Experience in these topics/technologies will be a bonus!
Experience with Argo CD to implement Argo release and Argo rollouts
Security control tools such as SonarQube and Black Duck
Monitoring technologies such as Grafana
Experience in SQL
Working in Agile Kanban following SaFE methodology
Experience in Kafka
Knowledge on Groovy
Experience in Drools
