The Contract Associate Director, Integrated Media Planning will be part of the team supporting a globally recognized luxury fashion brand known for its iconic heritage, innovative marketing, and high-profile cultural partnerships. This role will lead integrated media planning efforts across digital, OOH and print, supporting major brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural activations. The Associate Director will have strong account management and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and overseeing content integrations, publisher partnerships, and complex multi-channel initiatives from planning through execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee integrated media strategy and plan development supporting campaigns spanning multiple touchpoints
- Lead day-to-day strategic account management
- Manage integrated content programs and publisher partnerships.
- Drive strong project management, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and approvals stay on track
- Coordinate across media, creative, and client teams to ensure seamless execution
- Hold agencies and partners accountable for deliverables and campaign performance
- Work in partnership with the global media and client teams
- Experience challenging a team to solve client’s challenges in unique ways; inspires others to try
- Manages an Associate
Qualifications
- 6+ years Integrated Media Planning experience with a Media Agency experience
- Luxury or Fashion experience
- Beauty experience a plus
- Experience leading content integration programs connecting brands with consumers
- Focus on digital media, OOH, print
- Strong account management and client leadership skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Experience leveraging data for reporting and used to define strategies, to defend strategies, and to uncover new opportunities#LI-NR1
$70,000 - $125,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
