The Mass General Brigham Development Office offers excellent benefits, competitive salaries, and a hybrid flexible work schedule.To Apply:Applications must include a current resume and a cover letter detailing applicable experience and accomplishments.As part of the Donor Relations team within the Mass General Brigham Development Office, the Associate Director will play an integral role in the Donor Relations team’s philanthropic compliance work and will oversee the management of financial stewardship reporting.Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations for Fund Management and Compliance, the Associate Director will oversee fund administration and financial stewardship, serving as the primary point of contact for fund-related inquiries, data requests, and reporting. The Associate Director will ensure the accuracy and integrity of fund data in collaboration with systems teams and will drive process improvements across financial reporting, compliance, and fund management. The position monitors fund terms, expenditures, and eligibility for stewardship while ensuring funds are used appropriately and in accordance with donor intent. This position will manage donor financial reports, support special projects, and resolve complex issues in partnership with Mass General Brigham (MGB) Finance and other stakeholders. Additionally, the role will educate colleagues and donors, providing high-quality service, and develop metrics to strengthen stewardship practices.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required and 5-7 years of related experience. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills, abilities and competencies:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in times of shifting priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse audiences
- Creativity and high levels of energy and enthusiasm
- Commitment to adopting best practices and maximizing efficiency
- Command of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Competency using videoconferencing platforms (Zoom and Microsoft Teams preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Professionalism and a strong work ethic
- Awareness of personal work styles in self and others
- Inclination to build relationships with people inside and outside of the organization
- Sound and thoughtful judgement and care in dealing with confidential information
- Proficiency with Blackbaud CRM or similar CRM fundraising database
- Familiarity with Ovrture, or a similar digital reporting platform, a plus

The target salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000. Final offers will be based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
