Job Description:

Mount Holyoke College seeks an Associate Director of International Admission to lead and execute key international recruitment initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Admission and working closely with the Associate Director of International Admission, this role involves managing alum and student ambassador programs, collaborating with Marketing on international social media outreach, and representing the College at high schools, fairs, and virtual events worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct international recruitment travel and events.

  • Read and evaluate applications from assigned territories; guide prospective students.

  • Manage alum and student ambassador programs for international recruitment.

  • Collaborate on social media content and marketing strategies for international audiences.

  • Use data analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and support strategic planning.

  • Supervise admission staff, student ambassadors, and alum volunteers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in international admission or related experience.

  • Knowledge of global education systems, English proficiency tests, and CRM platforms (Slate preferred).

  • Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.

  • Experience with international recruitment travel and student engagement.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Preferred: multilingual, experience managing student or alum programs, familiarity with women's college mission.
