  • Assist with project schedules, design coordination efforts, and interdisciplinary collaboration with mechanical, civil, structural, and architectural teams.
  • Research applicable federal design criteria and recommend solutions to technical challenges.
  • Gain experience creating and maintaining project information within the firm's project management systems.
  • May travel to project sites and federal installations to support design development, construction, and project coordination activities.

Why Join Us?

  • Contributes to projects that support national defense, public service, and critical federal infrastructure.
  • Enjoy flexible work arrangements, including remote work options.
  • Grow your technical expertise through mentorship, professional development opportunities, and exposure to complex federal projects.
  • Be part of a collaborative and innovative environment that values teamwork, learning, and career growth.

Qualifications

You Are Passionate About:

  • Solving complex engineering challenges.
  • Working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Building technical expertise and continuous learning.
  • Using your talents to positively impact communities and federal clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a concentration in power.
  • Minimum of one year of engineering experience, internship experience, or equivalent academic project experience.
  • Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles related to building and facility systems.
  • Working knowledge of, or ability to become proficient in, design and modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, AGi32, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical building systems is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel and perform occasional field work as required.
