  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand messaging, marketing calendars, and business goals.

Performance Optimization & Testing

  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
  • Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, creative, segmentation strategies, and send timing to improve campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven insights.

Audience Segmentation & Personalization

  • Build and manage audience segmentation strategies to deliver relevant and personalized customer experiences.
  • Leverage behavioral and purchase data to optimize targeting and messaging across lifecycle campaigns.
  • Support the development of customer journey strategies that enhance engagement across the marketing funnel.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with creative teams to develop engaging email and SMS content and design.
  • Work with digital marketing teams to ensure lifecycle campaigns align with paid media, website promotions, and overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate with product, brand, and merchandising teams to support key launches and campaigns.

Platform Management & Reporting

  • Manage campaigns within email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar lifecycle marketing tools.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of lifecycle initiatives.
  • Develop regular reports and performance insights to guide future marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM marketing, preferably within DTC or e-commerce environments.
  • Experience managing email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing performance metrics and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
