Job Title: Associate I Payroll (Payroll Tax) Contract Duration: 3 Months (08/31/2026 11/30/2026) Location: Client Park, IL Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite at Client Location Potential for Extension: Yes Description We need candidates specializing in backend payroll or post-payroll processing. This position is looking for candidates with strong payroll tax processing experience. Skills " Previous experience working with state agencies. " Experience handling tax notices. " Experience working with tax providers. " Experience with Power of Attorney (POA) and third-party authorizations. " Multi-state payroll tax experience. " Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). " Clear and effective communication skills. " Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance. Education " High School Diploma. " Minimum 2 3 years of payroll tax experience. Required Experience " Solid foundation in payroll taxes, including Federal, State, and FICA taxes. " Payroll tax filing experience. " Payroll processing experience. " Project and testing experience. " Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. " Strong attention to detail. Experience Required " 2 3 years.
