Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated early-career talent to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Entry-Level Recruiter. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, pipeline development, interview coordination, stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal teams to meet talent acquisition goals.

Work location : Somerset, NJ. This is an in-person role and candidate must be located within commuting distance of Somerset, NJ or willing to relocate to the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up
- Source candidates through platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and campus channels
- Conduct initial screening conversations to assess basic skills, interest, and role alignment
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panelists; ensure timely scheduling and smooth candidate experience
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
- Support hiring initiatives including career events, group discussions, and engagement activities
- Partner with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and talent needs
- Ensure adherence to hiring processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (any Major) - (Recent graduates or students who have graduated within the past 0-18 months)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, campus portals)
- Interest in talent acquisition and HR operations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
