We’rehiring anAssociateManager,MarketingCampaignstosupport workforce-focused initiatives within the U.S. Department of Labor. This role will manage outreach and awareness activities designed to engage industry and workforce audiences in support of federal programs.
The Team
You’lljoin a collaborative team of communications strategists, researchers, media specialists, and creative professionals supporting federal clients. Our team develops and implements data-informed outreach strategies that help agencies expandreach, strengthen engagement, and achieve program goals.
In this role, you will manage a team of communications specialists across research, creative, and media functions, ensuring coordination across campaign activities and alignment with client priorities.
The Work
You will manage integrated communications and outreach activities from planning through execution and reporting. This includes applying market research and program data to inform campaign plans, coordinating multi-channel implementation across earned, owned, and paid media, and supporting strategic advertising placement.
The role requires strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You willmonitorcampaign performance, contribute to progress reporting, and recommend adjustments tooptimizeoutreach effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage integrated communications and outreach activities in support of Department of Labor initiatives.
Support the development and implementation of awareness and outreach campaign strategies based on market research and data analysis.
Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts across earned, owned, paid, and PSA platforms.
Oversee strategic advertising placement and media booking tooptimizemessage reach.
Collaborate with industry stakeholders and workforce partners to expand targeted outreach efforts.
Manage multiple outreach projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
Supervise communications specialists and provide guidance across research, creative, and media activities.
Contribute to regular campaign performance reporting and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’sdegreein marketing, communications, data analysis, or a similar field
Ability to obtain andmaintaina Public Trust clearance.
Demonstrated experience managing communications or outreach programs.
Professional Skills
Experience conducting or applying market research and translating insights into actionable campaign plans.
Experience managing integrated marketing efforts across earned, owned, and paid channels.
Experience overseeing advertising placement or media coordination.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with industry stakeholders or partners in support of government programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting workforce development or employee-focused programs.
Experience managing communications specialists or cross-functional project teams.
Experience developing campaign reports and presenting findings to clients.
Experience supportingDepartmentof Labor or other federal agencies is a plus.
Job Location:This position isremote butrequires you tobe located inor near the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area(DMV)to attend occasional onsite client meetings.This positionrequiresthat the job be performed in the United States.
