Associate Manager, Account Management- Residential Home Performance Program
Location: Delaware Remote – candidates must be in or willing to relocate to Delaware to be considered.

The Associate Manager, Account Management supports the Residential Home Performance Program by developing and managing contractor networks and field teams to ensure high-quality delivery of residential Home Performance projects. Serving as the primary link between program leadership, trade allies/contractors, and internal teams, this role drives participation and energy-savings outcomes by translating program requirements into on-the-ground execution, elevating issues, tracking performance, and enabling continuous improvement.

What you will be doing:
- Recruit, train, establish relationships, and support residential HVAC, insulation, and home‑performance contractors.
- Conduct outreach via field visits, presentations, and contractor engagement.
- Support program events and stakeholder outreach.
- Oversee field verification teams ensuring program compliance and installation quality.
- Coordinate QA/QC inspections, remediation needs, and customer‑facing issues.
- Track market conditions and contractor performance to improve program outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal program leadership, operations, and marketing teams.
- Provide application quality review support
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience with residential energy efficiency or HPwES programs
- Must be located or willing to relocate to the state of Delaware
- BPI Building Analyst Professional Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
What we would like you to have:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Knowledge of HVAC, building envelope, and whole‑home performance.
- Ability to analyze program data and field inspection outcomes.
- Strong communication and contractor relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to present

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
