Associate Marketing Manager-Clinical NALocation: Amherst, NYThe salary range for this position is between $70,000 -$85,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process.

We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to join a dynamic and collaborative North America marketing team implementing integrated marketing plans, develop, analyze and report on market research data. Develop pricing strategies for clinical products. Align with Sales teams.
Position Purpose
To support under the direction of the Director of Clinical Marketing, product marketing strategy and execution within the Strategic Business Unit (SBU), assisting in integrating customer insight, financial performance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable growth in the North American market.
Essential Functions:
Strategic Marketing Responsibilities
- Maintain working knowledge of products and their applications in the dental market
- Assist in managing product lifecycle activities in alignment with North American strategy
- Support regional product launch planning in collaboration with global business units (GBUs)
- Help translate global strategies into actionable regional tactics
- Track launch KPIs and report on adoption and revenue goals
Voice of Customer (VOC) & Market Insight
- Support integration of VOC into product development and strategy
- Assist in market research efforts to identify trends and opportunities
- Help develop customer personas and messaging strategies
Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication
- Work effectively with Marketing Communications to develop and execute campaigns, promotions, digital assets, and literature.
- Coordinate advertising/media plans and public relations activities for the SBU
- Align with Clinical Sales teams to develop and implement sales enablement tools and strategies.
- Present products to customers and provide internal training as the subject matter expert to support sales effectiveness and brand alignment.
- Engage with external partners, KOLs, and distributors to ensure alignment on product and marketing initiatives.
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Assist in developing and monitoring the annual marketing budget for the SBU
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance to refine sales forecasts
- Monitor financial performance of products and provide analytical support
- Prepare reports on the commercial impact of marketing activities
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare marketing performance reports including campaign ROI and product
- sales
- Analyze market research data and present findings to stakeholders
Your Qualifications
- Four-year degree (BS or BA) in Marketing, Management or related field
- 3-5 years prior product management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Solution-oriented & innovative thinking skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Ability to travel, including international
