Job Description
Description: We need candidates specializing in "backend " payroll or after payroll has been processed. This position is looking for candidates that have strong payroll tax processing experience. Skills: " Previous work with state agencies " Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations " Has multi-state tax experience " Microsoft Office Suites (Excel) " Communication: Clear and effective communication " Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed Education: High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state and Fica taxes Tax filing exp- payroll tax filing Attention to detail Fast paced Project exp- testing exp Education- HS diploma Payroll exp # of years of exp- 2- 3 years Top skills- attention to detail, self-motivation, consistency 100% onsite Team culture- Internal tickets communicating with outside tax vendors, testing, and attending meetings Possible extension Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
