• Label, inspect, and package final container products using manual or automated systems.*
• Set up, change-over, and operate labeling and packaging equipment efficiently.*
• Perform data entry, imprinting computer-generated labels, and maintain thorough records in compliance with regulatory standards.*
• Participate in filling, labeling, and packaging operations while adhering to GMP, ISO, and SOP guidelines.*
• Conduct in-process quality checks such as fill checks, torque assessments, vision system inspections, and label alignment reviews.*
• Inspect products for defects and ensure conformance to quality standards.*
• Assist with cleanroom activities like aseptic gowning and decontamination procedures.*
• Support warehousing activities including inventory management, picking, issuing, and shipping.*
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.*
• 0 to 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, filling, labeling, or warehouse operations.*
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.*
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.*
• Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.*
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and documentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a GMP-regulated environment.*
• Familiarity with aseptic processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing.*
• Experience operating packaging or labeling machinery.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School diploma with relevant production or manufacturing experience.*
• Early-career candidates enthusiastic about learning in a regulated environment.

• Ability to work on-site in Branchburg, NJ.*
