Cares about redefining how energy is designed, applied and consumed. Cares about thoughtfully growing to meet market demands. And ─ as “one of the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America” ─ is focused on the mind/body/soul of team members through our Culture of Care.

The Associate Program Design Manager supports the development of complex programs from initial concept through engineering completion and handoff to execution. Reporting to the Program Design Manager, this role assists with coordinating program activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, supporting design development efforts, and helping ensure program requirements, schedules, risks, and decisions are effectively documented and managed.

The Associate Program Design Manager is expected to progressively increase responsibility while supporting the Program Design Manager in turning customer requirements into solutions that can be engineered, manufactured, delivered, and successfully executed. Ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, construction, or project delivery teams as well as familiarity with ETO (Engineered-to-Order) product design, Design-Build, Mission Critical, or integrated project delivery models. Will have experience participating in project meetings, design reviews, coordination activities, or cross-functional project teams and a proven ability to organize information, track action items, coordinate stakeholders, and support timely project decisions.
