Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Program Management is the intersection of skills needed to successfully navigate business programs, product development, and project management. The Consumer Program Management team works with Consumer Business leadership to manage and optimize our portfolio of products, performing product strategy planning, go-to-market planning, and project management. Individuals will analyze current processes, identify opportunities, and drive products and partners towards the ideal client experience while managing profitability and alignment to enterprise goals.

The Program Management Analyst performs three key functions-Program Development, Program Management, and Research & Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Partners with Consumer Bank leadership to design, launch, and scale programs that drive growth, profitability, and long‑term business value
• Owns multiple business programs end‑to‑end, with accountability for both top‑line and bottom‑line results
• Translates strategic ideas and concepts into executable programs with clear goals, scope, milestones, and success metrics
• Manages cross‑functional execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance
• Drives execution against program goals, timelines, and financial targets while proactively identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs
• Defines program success metrics and designs reporting frameworks, KPIs, and performance tracking for new and existing programs
• Operates effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments, turning incomplete information into structured, actionable plans
• Anticipates downstream operational, financial, risk, and client‑experience implications of program decisions
• Conducts market, competitive, and internal research to quickly develop domain expertise and informed points of view
• Builds and maintains Excel models to evaluate program performance, forecast outcomes, and assess trade‑offs
• Analyzes data to identify trends, understand performance drivers, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Develops executive‑level presentations and confidently communicates program updates, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and acts as a subject‑matter expert on program mechanics, performance drivers, and strategic implications
• Iterates on programs post‑launch based on results, feedback, and changing priorities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, consulting, product operations, or related roles

• Demonstrated ability to independently own and drive programs

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency required

• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners without formal authority
