Guided by our values, we focus on solutions that serve our customers, support our associates, and strengthen our communities. Since 1940, we've remained committed to creating better textiles-delivered seamlessly by experts who care.

The Associate Program Manager is a supporting cross‐functional team member for the Interiors Group (IG) Business Unit: a premier provider of decorative textiles used in finished spaces within large Hospitality, Healthcare and Education markets, as well as independent facilities.

In this role, the Associate Program Manager will support the Supervisor of Program Management, in managing brand programs and working with distributors across all stages of a project. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and communicates clearly with internal and external stakeholders. A motivated learner with strong communication skills, the ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, takes ownership of assigned tasks, and helps keep programs moving forward in line with business objectives and customer needs. They bring curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, are eager to grow their knowledge of the business, and raise potential issues or opportunities early.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute the end-to-end RFQ and bid process from intake through submission, coordinating with Sales, Estimating, Program Supervisor, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive submissions.
  • Perform pricing, margin, cost, and installation analyses to support bid strategy and profitability objectives, and help Sales maintain and update existing programs annually.
  • Assemble and maintain technical specification packages for bid opportunities, verifying product information, design intent, and supporting documentation, and processing revisions and updates as needed.
  • Field and resolve daily product specification and pricing questions from internal teams, including Sales, Estimating, and Purchasing, so they get accurate and timely information
  • Prepare and share regular brand projects status updates with cross-functional stakeholders, noting key milestones, risks, and next steps in weekly meeting
  • Enter, update, and maintain product data across brands so that information is accurate, current, and readily accessible to cross-functional teams.
  • Support the rollout, implementation, and communication of new programs across internal departments.
  • Track program-level quotations to help keep pricing accurate, current, and renewed as required
  • Update and maintain program price lists to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the daily operations of the Program Team, including identifying issues and escalating them to the Program Supervisor for resolution.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred and/or 2-5 years sales, merchandising, product development, business administration, or project coordination experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for learning new ideas and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
