Job Description

ITAC, a leading engineering and construction firm serving the Process & Industrial sector, is seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all project phases are executed within the defined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop appropriate engineering and construction solutions
  • Prepare and present project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines to clients for approval
  • Oversee the selection and coordination of subcontractors and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and profitability, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between project team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Monitor project progress, conduct regular site visits, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines and industry regulations
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely project reports to clients, senior management, and stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones achieved, and risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in the Process & Industrial sector
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under time constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, costs, and profitability
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
