Bilingual Associate Recruitment Consultant
Location: NJ, USAWork Arrangement: RemoteSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking bilingual Associate Recruitment Consultants fluent in English and Korean, Mandarin Chinese, or Japanese. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, virtual, and on-site)
- Manage the end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients
- Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needs
- Present and promote qualified candidates to clients
- Extend offers to selected candidates and close placements
- Build and maintain client relationships through business development
- Promote Cesna Group’s services to new and existing clients
- Negotiate terms of business with clients
Requirements
What Makes a Great Recruiter at Cesna Group
- internship experienced in sales or recruiting field
- Strategic thinker who works effectively under pressure
- Fluency in English; fluency in Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is highly desirable
- MBA preferred
- Passionate about performance, achievement, and teamwork
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
