Associate Supply Chain Specialist

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Associate or Experienced Supply Chain Specialists to join our Core Work Movement Operations team in Dallas, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

Performs parts and tooling statement of work (SOW) development and analysis, in support of enterprise work movements.
Collects, organizes and provides analytical data according to established processes to maintain compliance.
Clarifies, validates and communicates SOW with cross-functional business partners.
Understand Functional Impact Analysis/Functional Support Notification for BGS-C in support of enterprise work movements.
Understand business system sourcing alignment enterprise wide.
Ensures compliance to documented policies and procedures.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
Conducts research in support of emergent demand, tool requests and part number inquiries.
Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities involved within this process, including the impact of changes from one area to another.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience using Microsoft office products, (Excel, Office, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
