We are looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner professional with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in India. This role is primarily focused on volume hiring and in-house recruitment, supporting the TA team in scaling hiring across multiple functions. You will work closely with the TA Manager and Senior TA Partners, assisting them in executing end-to-end hiring activities and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Support volume hiring initiatives across multiple roles and business functions.
• Assist TA Manager and Senior TA Partners in day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support hiring for Mid-level, Interns, Freshers, and Apprentice roles.
• Work on hiring across Core Engineering, Product, Support, Services, and select Business roles.
• Assist in Apprentice and Internship hiring programs, including coordination and candidate engagement.
• Maintain and update candidate information in ATS (Greenhouse).
• Coordinate interviews across stakeholders and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Help in maintaining a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or related fields (freshers with strong interest in TA are welcome).
• Good understanding of recruitment processes; exposure to volume hiring is a plus.
• Strong interest in in-house recruitment and scaling hiring operations.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with ATS tools (preferably Greenhouse) is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple requests.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and global environment.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
