• Own multiple aspects of the candidate pipeline, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.*
• Source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, etc.*
• Conduct web research/searches.*
• Screen applicant resumes.*
• Conduct pre-qualification interviews on the phone and on Zoom.*
• Resume formatting.*
• Perform reference checks.*
• Solicit new clients.*
• Cold-calling.*
• Candidate relationship building and management.*
• Participate in networking events.*
• Read training materials and participate in training exercises.*

Qualifications:

• * 1+ years of staffing agency work experience, ideally in Technology and Sales.*
• You thrive in an environment where you're surrounded by people.*
• You not only eat tech and engineering for breakfast but can hold a conversation about how it impacts the business world.*
• Curious and investigative mindset, innovative thinker, and creative problem solver.*
